Academic Support

STC provides a range of support services to students such as Academic Support, Counselling and other relevant.

We regularly monitor students’ class participation & performance in each completed unit & overall term progress. Our intention is to ensure that all students will successfully complete their course within a provided timeframe. Besides, we always encourage students to communicate with student service team regarding any additional support they need from trainer/assessor and/or academic team.

English Support

STC  provides LLN & English Language Support to students. With these support services, STC ensures that all students are performing in-class activities, assessments, role play and/or presentation according to course requirements set out by regulatory body.

Student counselling support

STC provides Counselling Support to students. With these support services, STC ensures that student can get assistance counselling services from professional person. Students are required to contact with Student Services & Administration Officer to access this se service. Student Services & Administration Officer will provide more detail information to the student.

Student Services Advisors are available to discuss and assist with issues that may arise including:

1. Understanding and adapting to Australian life and culture
2. Accommodation concerns or issues
3. Course progress and attendance requirements
4. Further studies placement
5. Academic progress support
6. Legal services
7. Language and cultural issues
8. Safety and security concerns
